Remote FOTA send the TCP command to change the GPS tracker device server portal

If you would like to monitoring all our devices on your server portal ,please kindly complete our server protocol configuration on your server , all data will report to your server properly.

The device bind in our server , with our AWS server IP and port , please kindly let me know the device imei and your server IP and port , our engineer will FOTA to send the TCP command from our server to the device to change it to your server portal

After FOTA done, please kindly follow the instruction to check the device as follows:

1)restart the watch in watch Menu-Settings

2) this is SMS to remote auto restart the watch (also same for the GPS tracker devices without screen)

pw,123456,reset#

3)check it on your server end , also send sms to check the ts# reply

pw,123456,ts#

copy and paste the sms in your smart phone and send sms to the sim number in the watch , the watch should reply

Once you get the ts# reply ,you can see the device status as below

NET:OK(100) ( Net OK means the device already connect the local network and online, device is working ; Net NO mean the network disconnected)

After device on your server ,please kindly restart it outdoors in an open area to get the GPS map position first, it will syncs the satellites with local coordinates (Latitude and longitude) position in the map in your server , this should be also help the indoors positions more accuracy later on .

(Likewise, if the device in your server portal, you can do the same FOTA to change it to any other server portal is fine.)
